woohoo finally got the clothes dryer fixed ;)

My god.. I wish I had called SOMEONE ELSE a long time ago.. more than THREE MONTHS ago, my clothes dryer stopped working suddenly.

It is a great dryer, a Whirlpool and so dependable, but the house it sits in sure ain't! It's not mine, i just rent it... That's got numerous electrical issues, if you want to call them that. .I have told numerous electricians the problems I've had with the house, and they all agree they are SAFETY ISSUES!

well, after seeing water coming out of the WALLS of the kitchen where the clothes dryer is.. I kinda of assumed there was a problem with the breaker, as it didn't want to switch over in a normal way, it felt "squishy", which the elecrricians said was NOT normal!

I also had the breaker for the refrig suddenly turn off after I saw water on that same wall INSIDE the house! geez. Luoise, my landlord is SUPPOSEDLY a licensed contractor, yet does NOT realize that electricity and water are a DANGEROUS mix????

I do hope he NEVER BUILDS a single home himself.... or else he' probably create another fire trap like this house has become.

well, I get this old black guy on the phone months ago, and he's supposed to come over at a certain time.. like 3 pm. I had another appt at 5 pm, so I needed for him to come on time.

Does he? Nope? He's over an hour late, and when I call him again, he postpones the appt yet ANOTHER half hour! Well, geez.. what about MY life? Does he think that no one but him has all the time in the world?

I sure didn't that day... and after calling him TWICE and having him postpone the appt for almost 2 WHOLE hours, I decided I couldn't wait anymore and needed to get to my OTHER appt. Sorry dude, that I actually have a LIFE, outside waiting for some old cranky rude repairman.. but I did!

He started to actually run his mouth off at me!! Good god.. I wont' mention his name here, but I sure will on Yelp! well, anyway... i got So tired of going to the bitchy laundromat places nearby, that I called him again.

Again he did the same shit to me today! Tells me he'll be there at 4.. well, he didn't come by til quarter to 6 pm! I was about to leave the house and not even bother calling him. He CLAIMS he called me, but.. honestly my phone will tell me if someone calls , even if i miss the call. I even used my friends' cell phone to call my own phone, since I misplaced it...

Well, same crap different day. He's once again the epitomy of rude, and I noticed there were several screws left over that he didn't bother to put back on the back of the dryer, but it's fixed now!

It was just a terminal fuse, which only cost me $12, plus the damn $30.. That was another bullshit thing he pulled on me last time. told me it was only $30, but then when he was goig to come over, he said it was $60! That's crap.

I asked him if he gave any warrantee with this part, and he said he did, 90 days, but it didn't say that ANYWHERE on the receipt, until I made him put that on there! Wow.. what a great businessman! NOT! LOL

and when I started to ask him questions about why the dryer might have broken down, he was SO FUCKING rude to me in MY OWN HOUSE!!

Now, enough is enough! I'm NOT calling this guy EVER again! I remember he removed a simple plastic bag out of the dryer trap and charged me $60..so this rude bastard has gotten over $100 out of me! Geez.. you know.. I could be BUYING myself a new dryer in a few visits!

well, he said there was a problem with the duct, that it was broken, but for some strange reason did NOT have a new duct with him on the truck he drove or EVEN DUCT TAPE!

Who doesn't bring DUCT tape with them, if they are repair men? I'm definitely gonna tell people about this guy! He got the job done, but it sure seems that I sure shouldn't have to install a DUCT VENT myself! I told him I had back problems and it was geting to be very painful dragging my laundry to the laundromat..
You'd THINK he would of been nice enough to OFFER to install the duct vent himself..

he was a JERK! I will NOT have this guy back at my house again! I hated the way he treated me! Like DIRT! And I'm the one who lives in the house!

Who comes into someone's house and treats them like garbage? I guess the black people think they got a right to treat others like SHIT now that Obama's well entranced in the White House!

well, I tell ya what.. once Obama leaves office, I'm pretty sure there's gonna be alot of people who are going to NOT like Blacks at all, cuz so many of them now act so arrogant, rude and totally disrespectful!

I'm so disgusted with me having to wait almost 2 FUCKING HOURS from the time he said he was going to show up, and then him acting like he's some KING in my house and I'm HIS servant!
The guy was a total asshole!

I'm glad the dryer is fixed, but it SURE was NOT worth all the grief I went through to get it fixed, that's for sure. If he had ONLY come as he PROMISED the first time, I wouldn't gone thru all this BULLSHIT!
I almost feel like suing the guy, and then to have to BEG him to put down on his receipt, and I had to ASK for a receipt too, all he wanted to do was take my check and split!

What a dirtbag this guy is! I'll not recommend him to NO ONE!
